2020 Defense Acquisition Workforce Virtual Awards Ceremony

(Dec. 14, 2020) - On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, Honorable Ellen Lord, Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, will recognize outstanding members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce for their accomplishments in support of the National Defense Strategy and in the Nation's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The winners are part of the 185,000 civilian and military acquisition professionals from the Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as Defense Agencies and Field Activities. The Defense Acquisition Workforce is critical to delivering the best of products and services to the Warfighter—affordably and at the speed of relevance.

The virtual awards ceremony will stream at Defense.gov on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 2 p.m. EST. The virtual ceremony will also be available for on-demand viewing at HCI.mil on and after December 15, 2020. Additional details on the awardee achievements are also available on the HCI website.
