Interest Sessions for February 2023 Cohort Launch
Does your organization want to provide unique professional development opportunities to mid-level acquisition professionals? Interested organizations are invited to attend an interest session to learn how the Department of Defense Acquisition Public-Private Talent Exchange Program can benefit your company. The DoD Acquisition PPTE Program facilitates the successful sharing of knowledge, best business practices, and operations between government and industry. The exchange program engages mid-level professionals and creates a vehicle for government civilians to complete a professional assignment with industry while industry employees are invited to be deployed to government sites. Throughout the six-month assignment, participants expand their reach, with the added bonus of mentorship and networking opportunities with DoD leaders.
PPTE At-a-Glance:
- PPTE is a two-way exchange program (not a traditional job-swap).
- Participants imbed at a host organization for typical six-month period.
- Sending organization continues to pay participants’ salary and benefits.
- Ensures our nation maintains its place as the global technological leader in support of the Warfighter.
